Ingredients

• water — 2 cups
• loose tea — 1 tsp
• lemon — ½
• sugar to taste, a pinch of black salt
• ginger or mint — optional

Method

1. Boil the water, steep the tea for 2 minutes and strain.
2. Stir in the sugar and black salt.
3. Squeeze in the lemon; add ginger or mint if you like.
