Ingredients

• lemons — 2
• sugar — 4 tbsp
• a pinch of black salt
• cold water — 1 litre
• a few mint leaves (optional)

Method

1. Dissolve the sugar and salt in the water.
2. Squeeze in the lemons and remove the seeds.
3. Bruise in the mint and serve over ice.
