Ingredients

• water — 1 cup, milk — 1 cup
• loose tea — 2 tsp
• sugar — to taste
• milk skin or cream — 2 tsp
• cardamom — 1 (optional)

Method

1. Boil the tea leaves and cardamom in water until dark.
2. Add milk and sugar and boil 2 more minutes.
3. Strain into cups, pouring from a height to froth it.
4. Top each cup with a spoon of cream.
