Ingredients

• full-cream milk — 1 litre
• rice — 4 tbsp (soaked and ground)
• sugar — ½ cup
• cardamom powder and a few drops of rose water
• chopped pistachios

Method

1. Boil the milk and stir in the rice paste loosened with water.
2. Stir on low for 15 minutes until thick and smooth.
3. Add sugar, cardamom and rose water.
4. Pour into clay bowls, chill and garnish.
