Ingredients

• plain flour — 200 g
• shredded cabbage — 2 cups
• sliced onion — 1 cup
• green chilli and ginger — chopped
• garam masala and salt — to taste
• oil for frying — 300 ml

Method

1. Make a soft dough, roll very thin sheets and half-cook them on a tawa.
2. Cut the sheets into long strips.
3. Stir-fry the cabbage, onion, chilli and spices for the filling.
4. Fold strips into triangle pockets, fill, seal with flour paste and fry until crisp.
