Tawa Pizza (no oven)

Ingredients

• plain flour — 1½ cups
• yeast — 1 tsp, sugar — 1 tsp, salt
• tomato or pizza sauce — 4 tbsp
• mozzarella — 125 g
• chicken tikka or vegetables (onion, capsicum, tomato) — 1 cup
• olive or soybean oil — 2 tbsp, oregano

Method

1. Mix yeast and sugar into warm water, add flour, salt and oil, knead and rise 1 hour.
2. Roll to the size of your tawa and cook the base on low heat 3 minutes.
3. Flip, then add sauce, toppings and cheese.
4. Cover and cook on the lowest heat 10–12 minutes until the cheese melts.
